The Process

Upload footage to the WeTransfer portal link that I provide to you.
While you upload the raw footage make sure to create separate folders for:
✅ Dates of days filmed in the footage folder
✅ Assets (e.g. social media lower thirds, intro, outro, etc.)
✅ Notes for your video
Detailed instructions are crucial as they shape the final output. Please provide comprehensive information about the project, including:
1️⃣ Length: Specify the desired duration of the output.
2️⃣ Objective: Clarify the purpose of the video and what message or story it should convey.
3️⃣ Raw Footage: Please indicate if there are any scenes you want completely removed or specific footage you'd like to keep in the final video.
4️⃣ Music: Share your preferences for the music to be included in the edit.
The more detailed your instructions, the better I can tailor the final product to your vision.

This is where the fun begins! I’ll start working on bringing your project to life. Turnaround time depends on which package you choose.

I'll submit the first draft for review using a secure Frame.io link.
We'll go through 1-2 rounds of edits, depending on the package you choose.
To request revisions, please comment directly below the video at the exact timestamp where changes are needed.
For 1 round of edits:
- After watching the draft, let me know if you'd like any changes.
- I'll then make the requested adjustments and deliver the final video via a secure WeTransfer link.
For 2 rounds of edits:
- After reviewing the first draft, let me know if you'd like any changes.
- I'll make the necessary edits and submit a second version for your review.
- If additional changes are needed, we'll go through one final round of edits.
- The final version will then be delivered via a secure WeTransfer link.

Once the edit is approved during the review stage, the final delivery is made.
I will send .mov or .mp4 file to you via a secure WeTransfer link.
Long-Form Editing

Please note, this is not a creative role; I will not be adding music, SFX, motion graphics, or artistic touches to your videos. This service is solely for those who wish to avoid the time-consuming task of sorting through extensive amounts of footage.

In this 1 hour call, we'll analyze scenes from your desired video style and explore how to replicate it, conduct live edits on your current content to align it with the new style, and offer suggestions on camera angles, narrative-driven plot points, and content creation strategies.

I am currently using Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Avid Media Composer.

I understand how crucial it is to perfect your video. Your selected package includes either one or two revisions. Should you need more than the provided revisions, additional fee of $150/ round of revision will apply. I'm dedicated to collaborating with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

All my services are delivered digitally (.mp4 or .mov file) through WeTransfer.com. Once your video is finished, you will receive an email notification with a secure link to download your files.

I'll email you a private Frame.io link so you can timestamp your comments and concerns.

I work Monday - Friday 7 am - 5 pm CST.

I ask for 30% upfront and the rest after I send the invoice.

I will send an invoice with the services I completed and instructions on how to pay in the invoice.
Invoice must be paid within 14 days or client will be subject to an extra $100/day the invoice is late.
If there is an extenuating circumstance that renders you unable to pay the invoice on time, please let me know a head of time so we can discuss our options.

No Refunds on Completed Video Edits:
Once the video editing service is completed and delivered, refunds will not be issued. I encourage clients to carefully review my portfolio, sample works, and clearly communicate their requirements before placing an order.
